Aren't these adorable? They look impressive don't they? Wouldn't you love shove one in your mouth and taste the yummy, soft brownie goodness surrounded by crunchy white chocolate? I would! I would! Best of all, these are ridiculously easy. You may even be embarrassed to tell the recipe when everyone who eats them begs for it (and they will!). I seem to be on a dessert kick lately. BROWNIE BITES
1 pan of brownies (box or homemade) baked and cooled (leave them a little soft)
White Candy Coating, Almond Bark, or White Chocolate
Sprinkles to decorate (optional)
Scoop out cooled brownies and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and place in freeze for 30 minutes. Melt chocolate. Dip balls in chocolate and sprinkle immediately with sprinkles. Let set until chocolate hardens. Get your hand ready to write down the recipe for everyone who tries them!
