Brad's Burrito Bake

This recipe is called Brad's Burrito Bake, but does Brad do any of the cooking? NO! It just means it's a re-creation of a recipe Brad's family made while he was growing up. It is quick, easy, and only about 85 cents per serving. I must admit I was afraid it would be lacking in flavor when I read over the ingredient list, but I was wrong (and Brad was right, but I am not admitting that!)

BRAD'S BURRITO BAKE
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 can tomato sauce
6 soft flour torilla shells
3 sliced green onions
1/4 cup cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Return to pan and add refried beans. Heat until beans soften. Spread bean and beef mixture into soft tortilla shells. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Roll soft tortilla shells with beef mixture to make burritos and place seam side down into baking dish. Spread tomato sauce over the top of burritos and sprinkle with cheese and sliced green onions. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted. 6 servings.
