Apricot-Glazed Chicken

I have been wanting to do a chicken dish similar to the glazed pork chops I did last month. I had several people leave posts asking about putting the glaze on chicken, so I wanted to do a glazed chicken dish too. This chicken had mixed reviews in our house. Brad isn't a big chicken fan and he said it was ok. Makayla didn't like the way it looked, so she wouldn't even try it. Chase loved it and ate every bite of it on his plate and me and Sophie liked it too. At only $1.49 per serving this is a good chicken dish.

APRICOT-GLAZED CHICKEN
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound)
1/2 cup apricot all-fruit spread
3 teaspoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoon margarine, melted
Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray; place chicken on pan. Combine remaining ingredients; brush half over the chicken. Broil 5-6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over; brush with remaining apricot mixture. Broil until juices run clear. 4 servings.
