My kids absolutely went crazy over these cookies. They're related to me because I'm a choco-holic!
CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES
1 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
In medium bowl mix cocoa, sugar and oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time; stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into cocoa mixture. Cover and chill 4 hours (or put in the freezer for about 30 minutes). Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and coat with powdered sugar. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet for 1 minute and then transfer to wire rack or brown paper.
