BBQ Pot Roast with Gravy

I found this recipe on the kraft foods website. If you like barbecue beef you will like this. I only used a small roast which made it only $1.05 per serving. If you have big eaters you would definately want to use the larger roast because we didn't have any leftovers.

BBQ POT ROAST WITH GRAVY
2 1/2 lb. boneless beef pot roast
3/4 lb. small red potatoes peeled and quartered
1 large onion, thickly sliced
1 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce
3 TBSP flour (or cornstarch)
1/3 cup water

Place meat in slow cooker; top with begetables and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or high 6-7 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker; cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile, remove veggies and put on serving platter; cover with foil. Mix flour and water; stir into liquid in slow cooker until thickened. Slice meat; add to platter with veggies. Top with gravy. 8 servings.
