Hot Ham 'N' Cheese

Who doesn't like a nice warm, melty hot ham and cheese sandwhich? My mouth waters just thinking about it. These aren't your ordinary hot ham and cheese sandwhiches though. Oh no, these bad boys have a little pep in their steps thanks to the spicy mustard! You can't beat $1.15 per sandwhich packed with tons of flavor. I served them with baked beans and some new Quaker Tortillaz chips Makayla picked out this week at the grocery store. If you're looking for a quick, simple and reasonably priced meal... look no further!

HOT HAM 'N' CHEESE
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons horseradish mustard or spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
4 hamburger buns, split
8 thin slices fully cooked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese

Spread butter over cut sides of buns. In a skillet toast the cut sides buns over medium heat until golden brown. Mix mustard and onion and spread on top half of toasted bun. Layer ham and cheese on bottom halves; replace tops. Wrap each sandwich in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

The only way my son will eat ham and cheese is if it's heated. I'll bet he would love these!
