Spicy Fry Sauce

If you're looking for a way to spicy up regular old french fries, then this sauce's for you. My family loves my homemade french fries, but I wanted something a little different than plain ketchup. The girls thought the sauce was great because it's pink. Makayla says it's sweet and spicy and good. That's a HUGE compliment coming from Miss Picky Eater! The plate of fries and sauce was setting beside Chase and he basically attacked it. I think it's a keeper at my house :)

SPICY FRY SAUCE
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayo
1/8 tsp each- cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
1/4 tsp onion powder

Stir together and serve with fries.

Hey, my husband loves that spicy sauce you get at Burger King, they used to call it "onion ring sauce"... this sounds a whole lot like it! I'll try it out.

Looks great! I make baked fries a lot, I'll have to try this sauce.
I just started reading your blog and this recipe sort of surprised me. I live in Utah and we actually have something called "fry sauce" and it's pink. It's made basically as you made yours, but there's usually some type of buttermilk used to thin it out just a little.
