Apricot Glazed Ham Steak

In January I made an amazing broiled Mustard-Apricot Pork Chop recipe. The apricot and mustard combo on the pork was perfect. I later tried a similar glaze on chicken, but we didn't like it nearly as well. Last week I was looking up a recipe on the Taste of Home website (probably from a cookbook I was flipping through in the check-out line at the grocery store) when this recipe popped up along the side. I thought, hmmm.... I must try this one. It had good reviews and looked very quick and easy. We thought it turned out great. We didn't like it quite as much as the broiled chops, but I would definitely make this again. It would be great for company or a special occasion. Someone would think you went to a lot of trouble, when really it takes less than 5 minutes to get into the oven! Did I mention this was extremely affordable at only 65 cents per serving?! Now that's a winner. Speaking of winners, if you haven't already, you must enter my giveaway (info below this post). You have until Friday to get those recipes posted :) Good luck everyone!

Yummm, ham!!! Our whole loves ham!!! I don't think there's ever a wrong way to make ham!!! I'll have to give this one a try! Thanks for sharing!!!
This post brought back so many memories of my mom making friend ham in a pan. My husband doesn't care for ham so I haven't made it in over 10 years. I should try this for me and my son though, it looks fantastic! Bravo!
This sounds really good with the apricot preserves! My family loves ham and this would be a new way to serve it.
