Are these not the cutest little things ever!?! They look like miniature taco salads. The kids had so much fun eating them. I had a hard time keeping little fingers from sneaking a few while I was filling them. Of all places, I found this recipe in a Schwan's catalog. I didn't order anything (I'm to cheap!), but the Schwan's man left me a catalog last week. I was flipping through and saw these adorable little bites and knew I had to try them. They're very easy and inexpensive coming it at about $1.00 per serving. If you don't like fajita seasoning you could easily use taco seasoning.
