We had a lot of fun making this pizza. Can you tell? I was in charge of the crust, but the kids put the toppings on. Everyone also had a lot of fun eating the pizza. I cut it into 8 huge slices and the girls thought it was fun having to use both hands to hold the slice up. Chase loved this pizza so much he devoured a whole slice crust and all. The girls were stuffed by the time they got to the crust so Chase actually ate more than them . For only about $4.50 for the entire pizza, it's a great inexpensive meal... and all my kids ate it without complaining!
PIZZA DOUGH
1 TBSP yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 TBSP vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let set 5 minutes. When yeast starts to grow add salt, sugar, oil and flour. Knead until smooth (3-5 minutes). Let rise about 30 minutes in a covered bowl. Roll out on pizza pan. Bake 5 minutes without toppings at 350. Add your favorite toppings and continue baking until browned and bubbly - about 20 minutes.

I am following you now to see what else you and your kids come up with.
Cookie girl- You never know what the kids are going to come up with! I'm glad you stopped by and decided to follow.
Mommy- There is one piece left. You can have it if you're willing to wrestle a 2 year old who thinks it's his lunch today! :)
Rachel- It is really easy to make the homemade dough. It isn't as time consuming or tempermental as bread dough can be.
