Fat Free Butterscotch Fluff

I'm a little embarrassed to share this recipe with you. It only consists on 3 ingredients, but man it's yummy! My kids love this made with any flavor pudding. This week we are going to try it with lemon flavored pudding. I can't wait! Lemon's always so refreshing. If you're looking for a quick, easy dessert you don't have to be guilty about, this ones for you. Enjoy :)

He's looking a little guilty isn't he?!?

I love butterscotch. It's an under-appreciated treat I think. The less ingredients the better I think.

Tasty look fluff. I think I'd have the same expression as the little guy. =)

This recipe would probably be great in a pie shell or as a parfait, too! I've made the same or similar with chocolate, but never thought about using butterscotch. Great idea!

Mmmm...with vanilla wafers dipped in it, or bananas, or graham crackers...the possibilities are intriguing.

Sometimes the most simple recipes are the best! If you guys like lemon, I have a good lemon jello recipe that I think you'd enjoy! It's kind of a "fluffy" deal, too--not a "solid" jello. My Mom has made it for years and everyone seems to love it!

I bet you could put this in little cups with a stick and make it a pudding pop!?! Have you ever tried that?

Can you tell the heat is gettin' to me already lol... I thinking ice cream and sno cones and frozen treats... yeah, already!
