First of all I would like to apologize to Michelle at Something New is Cooking for taking so long to post about the award she gave me several weeks ago. I'm not doing a very good job managing my time now days and have fallen behind. I would never want anyone to think I was blowing off an award they have so thoughtfully given me. I feel blessed to receive each and every award I have gotten! There are rules to this award so here they are:

I would like to pass this award along to:
On to the food. I'm a huge fan of My Tasty Treasures. Donna's hilarious and dirty and I love seeing what that crazy girl will put next. She also has AWESOME recipes. She posted the recipe for these burgers a while back and I'm so glad I finally pulled it out of the recipe box. My husband was actually excited about this meal. You must try these. I loved the fact you roll the meat onto a baking sheet, then baked it and cut it with a pizza cutter. You must look at Donna's post for these. She has step by step pictures. The original recipe calls for 4 pounds of ground beef, but I cut it in half. Thanks Donna for the GREAT recipe :)
DONNA'S WHITE CASTLE BURGERS
4 lb ground beef
2 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 c. milk
blob of peanut butter
lots of diced onions (I used 2)
rolls
ketchup, mustard, cheese, pickles, lettuce and any other hamburger topping you can dream of.
Put meat, milk, soup and peanut butter in a bowl and mix with hands until well mixed. Roll out onto 2 baking sheet and flatten with a rolling pin. Use hands to get into the edges. Place into a 350 oven and bake for 10 minutes. Scatter onions around the sides of the pan where the meat shrank and bake an additional 10 minutes. Top with cheese (if desired) and rolls. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Use a pizza cutter to cut around the rolls. Top with onions and toppings you desire. If you don't understand any of my directions just click on over to Donna's site and check out her step by step pictures.

I worry way too much also! Maybe it's a mom thing.
Your little burgers look yummy!
Aren't these white castle burgers amazing?! We made these a couple weeks back and they were a hit (not to mention so easy) :-)
Congrats on your award!
I was just thinking about Donna's White Castle burgers the other day. My husband called from work to ask me if I knew how to make White Castle burgers. The wife of a co-worker was trying to make them. I directed them to My Tasty Treasures. I wonder what they thought of the PG-13 to R rated content when they got there! Oh, well. Donna rocks!
I've wanted to try these for a long time, also. I need a crowd. Maybe when I'm home for the 4th.
I've never seen a recipe for sliders that included peanut butter so I've been wanting to try these but haven't gotten to them yet.
Congrats on your upcoming anniversary!!
p.s.
these burgers look so yummy!
