Ok, I know what you're thinking... this looks like a taco! Even when I'm not trying to make a taco, I still make a taco. The recipe calls this a wrap, so I'll call it a wrap (I say maybe it's a taco disguised as a wrap). Whatever it's called, it's good. I loved the tangy picante sauce, lime juice and chili powder sauce. I dipped some tortilla chips in it and man it was yummy. I love the fact these are made from frozen chicken strips. I popped them into the oven and set the table while they were cooking. How much easier can you get?
I'm excited I could get online to post. I've been having Internet issues. If my Internet had a neck I would wring it! I couldn't get online last night :( I'm happy it worked tonight. I've been having blogging with drawls.
