GRILLED CHEESE PIZZA SANDWICHES
butter
bread
mozzarella cheese, sliced
pizza sauce
chopped pepperoni
Prepare bread as you would a regular grilled cheese by buttering one side of the bread. Place buttered side down onto a skillet warmed to medium heat. Quickly spoon a thin layer of pizza sauce onto bread. Place slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce; top with chopped pepperoni and another slice of buttered bread. Brown on both sides of bread and enjoy.
