I have some exciting news! As you know, I'm an ambassador for the "It’s What’s For Dinner Wednesday!" Challenge. This week will draw the month long challenge to an end and the wonderful people at beef have allowed me to give away one of the Beef Grilling Gift Bags! The gift bag includes The Healthy Beef Cookbook, a set of Crate & Barrel Grilling Tools, Sur La Table mini steak thermometers, a reusable shopping bag and other items to help you shop for and cook healthy beef meals. I have received this gift bag and it's wonderful. If you want to enter leave a comment telling me the name of your favorite beef dish. The giveaway ends Wednesday at midnight and the winner will be announced Thursday.
I figured we needed a sweet treat to celebrate this wonderful giveaway, so here are some wonderful brownies. This summer I always brought goodies to work with me and these were a big hit with the new superintendent Mrs. Aaron. She enjoys her sweets and still looks great! What's not to love about a rich, fudgy brownie topped with smooth, creamy goodness and chocolate chips! Sounds like a winner to me :)

Also, those brownies look delish!
I love all things beef; especially steak!
A while ago I made our favorite Sesame Chicken and Noodle Bowls, but subbed beef for the chicken. It was amazing! So I guess my favorite beef dish would be Sesame Beef and Noodle Bowls!
Oh, drats I don't like beef per say but Joe and the kiddos do. One of their faves is skirt steak marinaded in a cilantro, lime, and jalapeno sauce.

And as far as my favorite way to serve/be served beef. I must say, nothing beats a good steak barely introduced to the flame!
As for favorite meat I would have to say its a toss up between steak in an orange marinade and grilled or BBQ baby back ribs. Ohhhh now im hungry =)
Thanks for the chance~!

Favorite beef dish? Hm... well, seeing that the leaves are falling and a chilly breeze is blowing, I'm feeling like a good, hearty beef stew at the moment! Chock full of onions, carrots, potatoes, celery and garlic...and plenty of worchestershire sauce! ;-)
Yeah, that'd be my favorite...at the moment!
I'd have to go with beef stew!
the cheesecake bars look just sinful!

Beef, favorite?? Thats a hard one. I love so many dishes. One of my most favorites is my hunnys beef stroganoff, or my beef stew. Grilled porterhouse also.. Thanks for the chance.
I would love to win your giveaway!

I am hosting a Blog For A Cure Blog Party over at Who Knew? Reviews, (www.whoknewreviews.blogspot.com) starting today and running all week! Great way to get new followers, win great prizes, and support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!
Second my favorite beef dish is....I guess it would have to be beef and gravy over homemade noodles.
I love a good grilled steak!
My favorite beef dish? Such a hard choice. I mainly cook with ground beef, but my favorite regular beef recipe would have to be roast cooked in the crock pot. Love how tender it is!
Thanks for the recipe!
