I don't know about you, but I'm always interested in seeing what other peoples go-to meals are... you know, the meal you find yourself making over and over. A go-to favorite of Rachel from Rachel vs. "The Kitchen" is this versatile smoked sausage served with mashed potatoes. Rachel says, "This is by far one of the most versatile recipes that we make...it can either be made on the grill or sauteed on the stove in the winter...both ways are delicious!".
