I hope everyone's recuperated from the holiday hustle and bustle. I'm trying to find homes for all the kids gifts and there isn't enough room. Maybe Santa will buy me a bigger house next year!!! Did anyone get surprise gifts? I had a bit of a red-faced moment. On Christmas Eve my mom, dad and grandma came over to exchange presents. Imagine my face when I opened up a gift from my parents... a pair of G-string underwear that said NAUGHTY across the front!!! My mom drug my dad into a store and they purchased them for me... how embarrassing!!! I was even more embarrassed when my almost 90 year old grandma told my husband she bet he would like to put them on me.
It's been a while, but don't think I've lost my taste for taco-ish foods. I saw this recipe from Melody at Cheat Day Cafe and knew it would be a winner, and it was. Everyone enjoyed this easy and tasty dish. Thanks Melody!! Enjoy :)

I need to look around your blog for the video you mentioned. I have been absolutely awful about checking blogs lately and feel terrible about that! I'm going to take a look now!
