Darn this nasty, dreary, non-sunny, snowy weather. It's really putting a cramp in my picture taking abilities!!! Don't base your recipe making decision on the horrendous photo above. These pork chops really were edible. I would even venture forth to say delightful and easy enough for an 8 year old to make. Yes, that's right, Miss Picky Pants can cook. She sliced the butter (without cutting any body parts off) and topped the chops with the brown sugar and then the butter slice. She's going to be quite the little cook... next I'll be testing her photography skills! Everyone enjoyed these 4 ingredient chops. They were tender, juicy and couldn't be easier. Enjoy :)
BROWN SUGAR BAKED PORK CHOPS
6 pork chops
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chops in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top of every chop. Place 1 tablespoon of margarine on top of the brown sugar. Sprinkle chops with soy sauce. Cover pan with foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until browned.
*During the last 15 minutes I turned up the oven to 400 so the chops would brown better because they looked really blah*

By the way...I don't think your picture looks bad at all! It is VERY hard to get good pics around dinnertime now, with the gloomy weather and the fact that it gets dark so early!
Love how simple it is! :D
I think that these pork chops sound really good. I'd try em'.
