Ever wonder if there's anything to do with cube steaks except flour and fry them? We bought half of a cow and had it processed last month and I was left with that question. My co-workers Dana and Linda insisted grilling them was delicious. Who would have thought? I'd never heard of anyone grilling them. I thought they would be very tough and dry, but I was wrong. These grilled cube steaks are WONDERFUL!!! Dana said it's one of her girls' favorites and I can say it was a hit at our house too... just be careful not to overcook them. Enjoy :)
GRILLED CUBE STEAK
cube steaks
seasoning salt
Season both sides of steak well with seasoning salt. Grill until they reach desired done-ness.

BTW, If you happen to find some ribeyes and tenderloin missing from your 1/2 cow, I don't know anything about it. No, you can't look inside my freezer ;)
