Garlic Toast Pizza

The weatherman's predicting up to 2 foot of snow and blizzard like conditions tomorrow. YIKES! School's cancelled and I'm stuck at home with three rowdy hooligans. At least I know what we will be having for lunch. These garlic toast pizzas are fun for kids to make and eat. Picky Pants found a winner when she discovered this delish concoctions. Yum Yum. Enjoy :)

GARLIC TOAST PIZZA
1 package (11-1/4 ounces) frozen garlic bread, thawed
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Place the garlic bread in a foil-lined 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Spread with pizza sauce; top with pepperoni and cheese. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. (I baked mine the time and temperature directed on the garlic bread box until the cheese was melted)

Sounds perfect and simple. Love garlic bread, and covering it with pizza toppings has got to be good thing.

Quick, easy, and cheesy! Yum.

I also like those mini pepperoni, they are so much easier to eat.
