I hope you've had a better week than me! Two words: HEALTH INSPECTOR. The dreaded health inspector visits are never fun, but now that I'm the Food Service Director it has totally different meaning. I have paper work and work orders running out of my ears equaling no time to post. I'm redeeming myself with this absolutely amazing dessert you will want to make as soon as possible. It's like my most delicious Oreo cheesecake ever that takes about 5 minutes to whip together. I took it to the school party and was asked for the recipe repeatedly. You will LOVE it! Enjoy :)
OREO CHEESE BALL
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup powdered sugar
6-8 Oreos crushed up
Chocolate Chips
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and crushed oreos until well mixed. Form into a ball. Roll in chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least a couple of hours.
Serve with: Graham Cracker Sticks, Teddy Grahams, Grandmas Sugar Cookies or Nilla Wafers
