Apricot Chicken Drumsticks

Pull out the grill and cook up some of these sweet and delicious drumsticks!  They're a mighty tasty addition to the table, so don't be counting on having leftovers to nibble for lunch the next day.  They're moist, sweet, tangy and absolutely divine.  Enjoy :)

12 chicken drumsticks (3 lb)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 TBSP brown sugar

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180°, turning and basting occasionally with sauce. Cool for 5 minutes.

Eat warm, or chill and munch :)
