I'm in need of some simple dinner ideas. Makayla had to have a kidney stone removed this morning and after a long night on the hard hospital couch and all the worrying, I am drained! Easy recipes would be greatly appreciated! THANKS :)
bean and cheese quesadilla and blt's save me every time ;) just get refried beans, add some taco seasoning, shredded cheese , and spread between 2 soft tortillas. cook over meduim high heat in a greased skillet . serve with salsa and sourcream on side.
Gooseberry Patch has a TON of recipes on their website, all pretty easy, economical, submitted by real, busy moms and cooks. I've made a couple for us and they have been delicious.
