Today is my 14 year wedding anniversary!!!
1/4 cup oatmeal (I used old-fashioned)
1/3 cup milk of choice (I used skim)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp chia or flax (opt)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP preserves (I used no sugar added)
1/4-1/2 cup fruit (I used strawberry)
Mix all in a jar. Stir, or put a lid on it and shake it up. Leave in fridge overnight before eating. Serve chilled. Will last 2-3 days in fridge.
