I found these wraps in the newest issue of Simple & Delicious and that's exactly what they are.... simple and delicious! My grandma moved to her new house last weekend and I made a plate of these and walked them over (she lives next door). Everyone who tried them really liked them... even the people who normally wouldn't eat avocado. I ended up making more so Brad could take them in his lunch the next day. When he asks me to make more of what we had for dinner for his lunch, then I know it was a winner! These make a quick supper or lunch. They're perfect for summer because no cooking's required. The house stays cool and
everyone's happy!
