See those yummy looking lemon cookies up there? You need to thank my 7th grade Home Economics teacher Mrs. Darby for showing me how to make them and Annie Jones for reminding me of the recipe. It's the only thing from class I remember cooking! We also sewed stuffed dinosaur-typed animals. I always had trouble sewing because I had an urge to stomp the peddle (maybe that's my problem with driving too!) These cookies are also very good with a devils food cake mix. My girls loved the lemon, but Brad says he's sick of cookies... how can you be sick of cookies?!? I think he's done gone crazy. I hope you enjoy these cookies... apparently my husband didn't (but the kids did, so he was outnumbered and therefore doesn't count).

In my junior high home ec class we had to make a button down shirt! Ugh! They all came out terrible - haha!
These look so good! I'm saving this. What a delightful recipe!
I ventured over from SITSland and am now a follower! I love to cook. Not much of a baker, though. So, it's great to find some easy-peasy:) recipes!
Can't wait to try them with other flavors. Next one we're going to try is Red Velvet:)
