Crunchy Pizza Snacks

Here's a quick, easy, crunchy snack for busy days. Your kids (big or small) will thank you. Mine had a lot of fun eating them. Sorry so short... I'm headed to parent teacher conferences. Enjoy :)

CRUNCHY PIZZA SNACKS
flour tortillas (corn is ok if you like them better)
pizza sauce
cheese
mini pepperoni (or other toppings of choice)

Heat oven to 400. Top tortillas with sauce (leaving a 1/4 inch around the edge), cheese and toppings. Bake 5-10 minutes, or until hot and crunchy. They can be baked on a sheet pan or directly on the oven rack.

Awesome...maybe I'll go make them now. No one is awake...and I'll get them all to myself. Holly at lifelaughlatte.blogspot.com

OK, so growing up we did the pizza on the english muffin thing, but I've now tried the pizza toast and the pizza on tortillas and they are both too much fun. Thanks for sharing!
