Can you guess the secret to this super moist and extremely delicious banana bread??? It's sour cream! I really made you wait for that one :) Before you starting making faces, you can't taste the sour cream. It doesn't give the bread any flavor, just tons of moist deliciousness. Enjoy :)
SUPER MOIST BANANA BREAD
1/2 cup butter-melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed, extra-ripe bananas
Stir together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Separately mix flour and baking soda and then stir into wet mixture until well mixed. Fold in sour cream and bananas. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes (toothpick in center will be clean).
