The cookies look delicious. Peanut butter is my hubby's favorite so I'm sure we'll be trying these out!
I have a few inexpensive recipes in my collection. As soon as I have a chance, I'll email them to you!
Congrats on your awards too!
I have the Hillbilly Housewife's emergency menu and shopping list in a binder. I use them when things get tight. Have you seen them? I have also made a lot of her recipes and they are tasty and economical. I think I read that you liked her also.

I also think that you're an extraordinary and awesome blogger.
As for "economical" recipes, I've got quite a few--I'm always trying to be as careful as possible, especially b/c up until recently, we were relying almost exclusively on my husband's income. Let me gather a list and I'll get back to you :)
Congrats on your awards. I really enjoy your blog!
